Work closely with stakeholders, including business users, project managers, developers, and testers. Ensure the successful implementation of integrated systems.

  • Gather requirements.

  • Perform data mapping.
  • Communicate with stakeholders.
  • Plan and support testing.
  • Manage changes.
  • Document processes and solutions.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Integration Business Analyst or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of integration concepts, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Familiarity with data mapping, transformation, and validation processes.
  • Knowledge of integration technologies and platforms, such as iPaaS, ESB, or API management tools.
  • JIRA, Microsoft Project, GSuite and/or SQL experience strongly preferred.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies is preferred.
