We’re looking for a Business Analyst who can understand business problems, gather clear requirements, and work closely with technical teams to turn those requirements into practical solutions.
What You’ll Do
Timings: 1 PM - 10 PM
What You’ll Do
- Gather and analyze requirements from clients and internal stakeholders.
- Understand business processes, identify gaps, and suggest improvements.
- Convert requirements into user stories, use cases, and clear functional requirements.
- Work closely with developers, QA, and project managers throughout the development cycle.
- Define clear acceptance criteria and clarify requirements when needed.
- Create process flows, wireframes, and supporting documentation where required.
- Participate in client meetings, requirement discussions, demos, and UAT.
- Track requirement changes and ensure everyone stays aligned.
- Support the team in resolving functional questions and requirement-related blockers.
- 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a software/technology environment.
- Good understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong communication and requirement-gathering skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with tools such as Jira, ClickUp, Microsoft Clarity, or similar.
- Familiarity with process-mapping tools such as Miro, Lucidchart, or Draw.io.
- Strong documentation and attention to detail.
- A technical mindset and willingness to understand how software products work.
- Having experience with Smartsheet would be a plus.
