Business AnalystJob Description
- Analyze business problems, root causes, assumptions, risks, and dependencies.
- Gather, validate, and document business and functional requirements.
- Prepare user stories, acceptance criteria, use cases, process flows, functional specifications, and wireframes.
- Analyze existing (As-Is) processes and recommend improved (To-Be) workflows.
- Facilitate requirement-gathering sessions and coordinate between business and technical teams.
- Support Agile activities, backlog grooming, sprint planning, and requirement tracking.
- Evaluate system integrations and process impacts at a basic level.
- Support UAT and verify that delivered solutions meet business requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, Business Administration, MIS, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in Business Analysis, Product Analysis, Process Analysis, software projects, internships, or academic projects.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, communication, documentation, and attention to detail.
- Understanding of requirements gathering, user stories, acceptance criteria, and use cases.
- Basic knowledge of Agile, SDLC, business process mapping, and functional/non-functional requirements.
- Familiarity with UAT, testing concepts, basic data analysis, APIs, and system integrations.
- Ability to identify gaps, challenge assumptions, and validate proposed solutions.
- Familiarity with Jira and basic Figma knowledge is preferred.
