Job Description

Aqovia is seeking an insightful and highly strategic Business Consultant to guide operational transformation and align technical solutions with client objectives. This role will focus primarily on optimizing operational frameworks, user adoption pathways, and institutional readiness strategies for our widespread digital LMS project. You will bridge the gap between technical system performance and high-level organizational goals, analyzing how stakeholders utilize modern digital learning ecosystems. By conducting objective workflow assessments, you will deliver comprehensive structural strategies that maximize platform adoption, streamline administration, and expand the societal value of our AI and EdTech solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive operational diagnostics and process mapping exercises to integrate our tech platform smoothly into institutions.

  • Architect and lead deployment strategies that maximize platform adoption and training utilization across massive user bases.

  • Collaborate closely with senior functionaries and administration heads to realign localized workflows with digital platform capabilities.

  • Translate macro organizational requirements into highly structured strategic roadmaps, service delivery patterns, and target operating models.

  • Deliver professional, data-supported business cases and operational change-management reports directly to executive steering committees.

  • Assess post-implementation platform metrics to identify organizational bottlenecks and provide strategic optimization advice.

  • Mentor internal software product teams, operational pain points, and administrative policy frameworks.

Skills and Experience:

Essential Requirements

  • 4–5 years of progressive experience working as a Business Consultant, Management Consultant, or Strategy Specialist.

  • Extensive experience mapping complex business processes, analyzing operational gaps, and designing enterprise-grade operating models.

  • Strong capability to navigate, influence, and manage relations inside highly complex stakeholder environments or multi-layered corporate accounts.

  • Professional communication skills are essential. Candidates must possess excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.

Nice To Have

  • Strong functional familiarity with modern digital transformation paradigms, including cloud solutions, AI integration, and EdTech platforms.

  • Certifications in structured change management methodologies (such as Prosci) or process excellence models (Lean Six Sigma).

  • Familiarity with the operational mechanics and user adoption metrics typically tied to enterprise e-learning or Moodle frameworks.

  • Experience operating within high-velocity corporate incubation models or venture technology groups.
