Our client HR Business Solutions is hiring a Business Developement Manager I Electrical Equipment Manufacturing I Congo (DRC) in Karachi.

Role Requirements:

• 7–10 years of relevant sales/business development experience.
• Strong knowledge of electrical cables and their applications.
• Experience dealing with distributors, dealers, EPC contractors, OEMs, utilities, consultants, and industrial customers.
• Experience in project sales, tendering, key account management, and business development.
• Ability to develop new markets, expand dealer/distributor networks, and identify new projects/business opportunities.
• Strong negotiation, communication, commercial, and customer relationship management skills.
• Experience in achieving sales targets and ensuring timely collections.
• For managerial profiles, experience in leading and managing sales teams is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• Industry experience in cables/electrical products is highly preferred.
