Our client ExDimension Inc is looking for a Business Development Associate in Lahore
We are looking for energetic, self-driven, and result-oriented Business Development Agents to join our growing team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for expanding business reach, generating new leads, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
This role is ideal for individuals who are confident communicators, enjoy field and client interaction, and are motivated by performance-based growth. Experience of fertilizer industry is a plus.

Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities
- Actively reach out to potential clients, traders, vendors, and partners
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Present and explain our services/products to prospects
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Conduct market research to identify new growth opportunities
- Follow up on leads and convert them into active customers
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities
- Coordinate with internal teams for onboarding new clients
- Provide regular sales reports and market feedback to management
- Represent the company in field visits, meetings, and events when required
