The Role

As a Business Development Executive, you will contribute to accelerating company growth by generating leads, conducting client outreach, and supporting sales initiatives. You will play an essential role in building relationships, expanding the client base, and helping the team meet sales targets.

What You'll Be Doing Every Day

  • Generating leads and building a strong client pipeline.
  • Conducting outreach calls, meetings, and sales presentations.
  • Supporting the sales team during negotiations and deal closures.
  • Maintaining CRM records, tracking leads, and ensuring timely follow-ups.
  • Coordinating with internal teams to streamline sales operations.

What You Bring To The Table

  • Bachelor's degree (preferred).
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
  • Experience in sales, business development, or customer handling is a plus.
  • Self-motivated and proactive approach to client engagement.
