Business Development Executive

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Lahore. The Business Development Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with enterprise clients, and promote Contegris solutions in areas such as IP networks, unified communication, and customized applications. Daily tasks include prospecting and lead generation, conducting client meetings and presentations, preparing proposals and quotations, and negotiating contracts in collaboration with technical and management teams. The role involves close coordination with pre-sales and engineering teams to understand client requirements, develop tailored solutions, and ensure successful handover to delivery. The Business Development Executive will also monitor market trends, maintain accurate sales pipelines and reports, and contribute to strategic planning and revenue growth.
Qualifications

• Strong business development and sales skills, including prospecting, lead qualification, relationship management, and negotiation.
• Knowledge of IT and communication technologies, such as IP networks, unified communication, voice solutions, telematics, and web applications.
• Ability to understand technical requirements and translate them into clear, value-focused proposals and presentations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with decision-makers at enterprise clients.
• Solid organizational and time-management skills, including maintaining sales pipelines, forecasts, and documentation.
• Experience working in B2B technology, system integration, or consultancy environments is highly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, Engineering, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent is an advantage.
• Comfortable working on-site in Lahore and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve shared revenue and growth targets.
