We are looking for a sharp, proactive, and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with a software house or IT services company, strong bidding skills, and the ability to identify, engage, and convert new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

* Identify and pursue new business opportunities through Upwork, bidding platforms, and other channels.

* Prepare and submit compelling proposals, bids, and client responses.

* Understand client requirements and coordinate with technical teams to prepare suitable solutions.

* Manage client communication, follow-ups, negotiations, and lead conversion.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.

* Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and potential target markets.

* Maintain accurate records of leads, proposals, follow-ups, and business development activities.

Requirements

* 2–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Bidding within a software house / IT services company.

* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related field.

* Strong hands-on experience with Upwork and other bidding platforms.

* Excellent proposal writing, communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.

* Good understanding of software development services and IT solutions.

* Ability to understand technical requirements and communicate effectively with both clients and technical teams.

* Target-oriented, proactive, confident, and commercially aware.

* Strong research skills with the ability to identify and qualify potential leads.
