Job Description
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through online platforms and direct outreach.
- Generate leads and convert prospects into clients.
- Manage business development activities on Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer.com, LinkedIn, and similar platforms.
- Prepare and submit proposals, quotations, and presentations.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Conduct client meetings, negotiations, and follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
- Research market trends, competitors, and potential business opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- 2–3 years of proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition.
- Strong experience with online bidding platforms and lead generation.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
- Understanding of IT services, software development, digital marketing, or technology solutions.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets with minimal supervision.
- Strong proposal writing and client management skills.
