Business Development Executive

Elite Star Management Consultancies LLC (ESMC), Dubai, is hiring Business Development Executives (female/male) in Karachi for its US consultancy operations. Full-time, long-term, working US hours from Pakistan.

The role

• Targeted outbound calls to US small and medium businesses for our Bookkeeping, Accounts and Tax services

• Qualify prospects, book meetings for senior consultants and follow up to close

• Keep calls, leads and deals updated in our CRM (HubSpot)

• Coordinate daily with our Head Office in Dubai

Work setup

• Karachi-based (you must live in Karachi), hybrid: mostly remote with in-person meetings and training when needed

• US Eastern business hours, Monday to Friday (about 7 pm to 4 am PKT; 6 pm to 3 am in US summer time)

• Own laptop, stable internet and power backup for remote days

Requirements

• Fluent spoken and written English (must)

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Sales or Marketing

• 1+ year in a similar role (outbound calling, tele-sales or business development) and client handling

• Experience with US clients or basic bookkeeping/US tax knowledge is a plus

Compensation and benefits

• PKR 75,000 gross per month, up to PKR 100,000 based on profile
