Details

Alpha Business Solution is seeking an experienced Business Development Head (B2B) to lead revenue growth and international client acquisition within the IT and call center domain. This senior role is responsible for developing and executing B2B sales strategies, managing high-value client relationships, and leading a business development team to achieve aggressive growth targets. The ideal candidate has strong exposure to international markets, IT services, and enterprise-level sales.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive B2B sales and business development strategies
  • Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets in IT, SaaS, and call center services
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients and key stakeholders
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a business development team (5 members)
  • Oversee the complete sales cycle including lead generation, negotiation, and deal closure
  • Prepare and deliver client presentations, proposals, and pitches
  • Conduct market research to assess industry trends and competitor activities
  • Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities, pipelines, and performance metrics
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Technology, HR, and Finance teams to align objectives
  • Monitor client satisfaction and ensure long-term retention
  • Analyze sales performance data and present insights to senior management
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of experience in Business Development within the IT / Call Center / BPO industry
  • Proven experience working with multinational or international clients
  • Strong understanding of IT solutions, call center services, SaaS, and digital transformation
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales and revenue targets
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities
  • Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and client-handling skills
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field (preferred)
  • Ability to work full-time on-site in Lahore
