Business Development Intern - MAR Group of Companies

Our client MAR Group of Companies is hiring a Business Development Intern in Lahore.

We are looking for a motivated Business Development Intern with 0–6 months of experience in corporate sales or B2B client handling. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and negotiation skills and be comfortable with cold outreach and client follow-ups. Basic knowledge of Linkedin sales navigator, Apollo.io, CRM platforms, and lead generation tools is preferred to identify and manage new business opportunities. This role is ideal for a target-driven and proactive individual who can work independently and contribute to business growth.

Required Skills:

• 0–6 months of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, or Corporate Sales
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Comfortable with cold calling, outreach, and follow-up activities
• Basic knowledge of Linkedin sales navigator, Apollo.io, email marketing platforms, CRM systems, and lead generation tools
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and research potential corporate clients for gifting solutions
• Reach out to prospects through email, LinkedIn, phone calls, and other online channels
• Present ZING’s perfume gifting solutions based on client requirements and budgets
• Follow up with prospects and assist in converting leads into customers
• Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales pipeline activities
• Support the sales team in achieving business development objectives
