The Role

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving company growth through strategic partnerships, revenue expansion, and identifying new market opportunities. You will manage key client relationships, lead sales initiatives, and ensure the company continues to expand its market presence.

What You'll Be Doing Every Day

  • Developing and executing business growth and expansion strategies.
  • Identifying new market opportunities and potential strategic partnerships.
  • Managing and nurturing relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Leading and mentoring sales teams to achieve performance targets.
  • Preparing business proposals, presentations, and growth-focused reports.
  • Monitoring sales performance and implementing improvements where needed.

What You Bring To The Table

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of proven experience in business development or sales leadership.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Leadership experience with the ability to manage and motivate teams.
  • Strategic thinking with a results-driven mindset.
