About the role:

We're seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive new client acquisition and accelerate Bionic Talent's growth.

In this role, you'll identify new business opportunities, build relationships with decision-makers, conduct sales meetings, and close recruitment partnerships with companies across the globe.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a high-performing sales professional looking to maximize earnings through USD-pegged uncapped commissions on every sale.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting.
  • Build relationships with CEOs, founders, and hiring managers.
  • Conduct discovery meetings and sales presentations.
  • Understand client hiring needs and recommend recruitment solutions.
  • Prepare proposals and negotiate contracts.
  • Close new business consistently.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team for successful client delivery.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Represent Bionic Talent professionally during all client interactions.

Who are we looking for?

  • 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales or business development.
  • Experience selling recruitment, HR, SaaS, or professional services is highly preferred.
  • Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
  • Experience with CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
  • Highly motivated and target-driven.
  • Strong relationship-building skills.
  • Comfortable working hybrid in Karachi.

Position: Business Development Manager

Working Hours: 11 am - 8 pm PKT

Holidays: Local

Salary: PKR 150,000 + USD-Pegged Uncapped Commission on Every Closed Sale
