About The Role

You will identify new opportunities, build relationships with developers, contractors, architects, and consultants, and convert leads into long-term partnerships. Strong presentation skills and the ability to leverage high-quality marketing materials are essential to win projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Growth: Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities with builders, contractors, developers, PMC firms, architects, and government bodies
- Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers. Conduct regular site visits, meetings, and follow-ups to understand client needs
- Tender & Proposals: Lead RFP/RFQ responses, prepare technical-commercial proposals, and present solutions using company marketing materials
- Presentations: Deliver compelling presentations and product demos to C-level stakeholders, consultants, and procurement teams
- Marketing Materials: Work with marketing to develop brochures, case studies, spec sheets, and project portfolios. Ensure all client-facing collateral is current and aligned with construction sector needs
- Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activity, pricing trends, upcoming projects, and government infrastructure plans. Feed insights back to product and strategy teams
- Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate CRM records, sales forecasts, and reporting on KPIs like leads, conversion rate, and revenue
- Cross-functional Coordination: Liaise with estimation, engineering, operations, and finance to ensure smooth project handover and client satisfaction
- Experience: 5+ years in business development/sales in the construction, infrastructure, building materials, or EPC sector
- Network: Existing relationships with developers, contractors, consultants, and architects in PK market preferred
- Marketing Acumen: Ability to use and guide creation of strong marketing materials - brochures, company profiles, case studies, project showcases
- Presentation Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication. Comfortable presenting to technical and non-technical audiences, including C-suite
- Commercial Skills: Strong negotiation, tendering, and contract closing ability. Understanding of BoQs, specifications, and construction project lifecycle
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or related field. MBA a plus
- Tools: Proficiency in MS Office/PowerPoint, CRM systems like Salesforce/HubSpot
- Travel*: Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits
