Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, and market research.
• Identify and engage decision-makers including CEOs, Directors, IT Managers, and Operations Managers.
• Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for prospective clients.
• Present Prime Alley's Cloud-Based Calling Solutions and Business Workspace.
• Maintain follow-ups and build long-term client relationships.
• Update CRM with leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.
• Achieve assigned sales and appointment-setting targets.
• Conduct market and competitor research.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (Business, Marketing, IT, Telecom, or related field).
• 1–3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Telemarketing, or Lead Generation.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
• Ability to conduct professional cold calls and client meetings.
• Experience with CRM systems is preferred.
• Telecom, SaaS, Cloud Solutions, or IT Services experience will be an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

• Fluency in English is preferred.
• Relevant certifications in business development or sales are a plus.
