This role requires someone who understands how to identify client needs, position skilled resources, close high-value deals, and build long-term partnerships. You’ll be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding key accounts, and shaping scalable BD strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Staff Augmentation & Sales
- Identify new business opportunities through outbound sales, partnerships, and referrals
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline with accurate forecasting
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and growth areas
- Create and execute BD strategies aligned with company revenue goals
- Represent the company in client meetings, demos, and negotiations
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring long-term engagement success
- Upsell and cross-sell additional services where applicable
- Ensure smooth handover from sales to delivery teams
- Track client satisfaction and proactively resolve issues
- Work closely with marketing, recruitment, and operations teams
- Contribute ideas to improve sales collateral, pitch decks, and go-to-market strategy
