Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve business development objectives and revenue targets.
• Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation, market research, and networking.
• Cultivate and manage strong, long-term relationships with clients and partners, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
• Negotiate favorable contract terms and agreements, ensuring alignment with company policies and objectives.
• Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic planning and identify emerging trends.
• Build and maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders to expand market reach and service offerings.
• Utilize Salesforce and other CRM software to track leads, manage client interactions, and analyze sales data.

Required Qualifications

Experience

• 1 year and 6 months of proven experience in a business development or sales-focused role.

Education

• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) or Master of Business Administration (MBA).

Skills

• Demonstrated expertise in Sales Strategy, Lead Generation, and Client Relationship Management.
• Strong Negotiation, Market Research, and Partnership Building capabilities.
• Proficiency in Contract Management and utilizing CRM software, specifically Salesforce.
• Excellent Presentation Skills, Communication, and Networking abilities.
• Solid Business Acumen and Strategic Planning skills.
• Ability to perform Data Analysis to inform business decisions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification as a Certified Business Development Professional.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Fluency in English is highly preferred.
