- Manage and mentor a team of two outreach specialists, setting clear objectives and providing ongoing support to maximize team performance.
- Conduct detailed research on target companies and prospects to tailor outreach messages effectively.
- Use LinkedIn and other social selling techniques to identify and engage with key decision-makers.
- Utilize CRM software to track leads, follow-ups, and the status of appointments, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates.
- Design and implement effective follow-up strategies to nurture prospects and increase conversion rates.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align outreach efforts with broader business development goals.
