We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to support our business growth through LinkedIn outreach, email marketing, lead generation, and market research. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, an understanding of online prospecting, and the ability to identify potential clients and generate business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct LinkedIn outreach to identify and engage potential clients.
  • Develop and execute email marketing and cold email campaigns.
  • Research target markets, industries, companies, and decision-makers.
  • Generate and qualify leads through LinkedIn, online platforms, and other relevant channels.
  • Explore and apply automation tools to streamline outreach and lead-generation activities.
  • Identify potential business opportunities through online research and prospecting.
  • Maintain and update lead databases, outreach records, and CRM systems.
  • Follow up with prospects and schedule meetings for the business development team.
  • Monitor outreach performance and suggest improvements to increase response rates.

Requirements
  • Basic understanding of business development, lead generation, or online prospecting.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach, email marketing, and lead-generation techniques.
  • Knowledge of outreach automation tools is a plus.
  • Strong research skills and the ability to identify relevant prospects.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work on-site in Lahore during EST-aligned working hours.

Preferred Skills
  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar prospecting tools.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and email outreach tools.
  • Understanding of cold emailing, follow-up sequences, and lead qualification.
  • Experience with online job platforms and other digital channels for identifying business opportunities.
