Salary:
PKR 40,000 (1st month of probation)
PKR 60,000 – 70,000 per month + Bonuses

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to acquire new clients and expand business opportunities.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, customers, and competitors to guide business decisions.
- Generate leads through various tools and techniques, including lead generation tools and networking.
- Maintain comprehensive records of client interactions and sales activities using CRM software such as Salesforce.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with potential and existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Communicate professionally and effectively with clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and promotional materials that support sales objectives.
- Prepare and present business proposals and reports to senior management, highlighting progress and opportunities.
- Stay updated on industry developments and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
- Handle inbound queries promptly and convert leads into sales through persuasive communication and negotiation.
