Our client Titanaxe Solutions is looking for a Business Development Specialist - Tech Startups in Karachi

Titanaxe Solutions seeks a dedicated Business Development Specialist with 2 to 5 years of experience in sales or business development roles, particularly within technology startups or IT companies. The ideal candidate demonstrates a proven ability to generate leads and close deals successfully. This role requires strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills paired with proficiency in CRM tools and a comprehensive understanding of B2B sales processes.

This position demands a self-motivated individual capable of working independently in a remote environment. While the role does not involve managing a team, collaboration with internal departments and stakeholders is key to driving sales growth. Excellent English communication skills and adaptability to dynamic market conditions are essential for success at Titanaxe Solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the technology sector to drive revenue growth.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients to expand company reach.
  • Generate qualified leads and manage the sales pipeline effectively to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client needs.
  • Negotiate terms and agreements to close deals while ensuring mutual benefit for the company and clients.
  • Utilize CRM tools to track interactions, sales progress, and customer information accurately.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align strategies and support business objectives.
  • Continuously analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify areas for growth and differentiation.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance and forecast future sales activities.
  • Adapt sales approaches in response to changing market conditions and customer feedback.
  • Maintain proficient and professional communication throughout all stages of the sales cycle.
  • Work independently to manage time efficiently while contributing to broader company goals.
  • Resolve client inquiries and conflicts promptly to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
