Job Responsibilities:

- Function as the primary point of accountability for integration progress, identifying risks, resolving issues, and escalating critical blockers when required.
- Build, maintain, and continuously improve integration playbooks, frameworks, and best practices based on lessons learned from completed integrations.
- Map acquired entity chart of accounts to Banyan group standards and support alignment with group financial reporting requirements.

- Oversee opening balance preparation, reconciliation, and migration into NetSuite.
- Review revenue recognition policies and accounting practices against group standards and identify required adjustments.
- Support the integration of acquired companies into Banyan's multi-entity and multi-book reporting environment.
- Collect, validate, and coordinate migration of master data, including customers, vendors, and products.
- Identify integration gaps between portfolio company systems and Banyan's ERP environment and prioritize remediation activities.
- Ensure acquired entities are correctly established and maintained within Banyan's operational and reporting systems.
- Own integration compliance requirements, including VAT registration, KYC/AML processes, entity filing obligations, and contract continuity reviews.
- Coordinate with legal, tax, and external advisors to resolve compliance matters and ensure timely completion of regulatory requirements.
- Establish reporting calendars, governance structures, and stakeholder communication frameworks for each integration.
- Document key business processes and develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for acquired entities.
- Capture post-integration lessons learned and implement process improvements to enhance future integration cycles.
- Support onboarding, training, and development of future team members as the function scales.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by leveraging automation, standardization, and technology-enabled solutions to improve integration efficiency.
Qualifications for Success:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in finance, operations, M&A, post-acquisition integration, consulting, or related disciplines.
- Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CA, ACMA/CIMA), either qualified or actively pursuing qualification, will be preferred.
- Strong understanding of financial reporting principles, ideally including exposure to US GAAP, IFRS, or equivalent accounting standards.
- Experience working within multi-entity and multi-book financial environments, including consolidated reporting structures.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, Oracle, QuickBooks, or similar platforms; NetSuite experience is strongly preferred.
- Experience supporting ERP implementations, data migrations, or finance systems integrations.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement capabilities.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across functions, geographies, and time zones.
- Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced and evolving environment with a high degree of ownership and accountability.
- Experience in a private equity-backed, acquisitive, or software-focused organization is considered an asset.
