Business Partner HR Projects - Azerbaijan Back Office

About the Role:

Industrial Services specializing in shutdowns and retrofit projects in the Oil & Gas sector is looking for dynamic and results-driven Business Partner HR Projects back-office in Pakistan to support Azerbaijan business unit. The incumbent will be responsible to drive end-to-end recruitment, workforce planning, mobilization and HR Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Remotely manage end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition for the Azerbaijan Business Unit from Pakistan
• Coordinate documentation, visa processing and travel arrangements for management staff mobilization
• Partner with business leaders on workforce planning and talent acquisition strategies
• Build and maintain talent pipelines through diverse sourcing channel
• Manage candidate screening, selection, onboarding, and workforce mobilization
• Ensure compliance with HR policies
• Support performance management, trainings, and HR operations at Project and Office
• Advise managers on employee relations and day-to-day operational matters

Eligibility Criteria

• MBA(HR) from a recognized university with 8-10 years of relevant experience in field of HR
