Your Role And Responsibilities

Join a team that delivers banking cutting-edge technology solutions for financial institutions. You will work alongside consultants, business analysts, developers, and project managers to help implement and support client solutions.

What you will do

• Shadow senior team members and support solution implementation activities by reviewing client requirements, preparing documentation, and helping configure banking system components.
• Analyze data, interfaces, and business processes to identify gaps, validate information, and support testing activities.
• Coordinate with global team members from multiuple geographies to deliver project tasks, document progress, and follow up on action items with internal teams and clients.
• Use tools such as Microsoft Word/Excel, Diagramming tools, SQL Databases, Programming languages, and Communication platforms to organize information and support project delivery.
• Produce clear documentation, accurate test results, and timely project updates that help deliver successful client implementations and meet project milestones.
• Be able to take up tasks independently and own the delivery of those specific tasks with minimal supervision
  
  

What Success Looks Like After 12 Months

• Delivered at least one end to end project as part of a larger team
• Complete assigned implementation and analysis activities independently and on schedule
• Have a good grasp of solutions being delivered for the client.
• Build your industry eminence and be able to understand banking processes.
• Have built a good network within IBM and with the clients to establish yourself as a trusted advisor.
• Build a strong understanding of banking products, implementation processes, and client delivery practices.
  
  

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

Graduated from Bachelor's program within the last 2 years with majors in Software Development, Data Science or similar

Around 1 year of experience working in the IT sector in a tecnical capacity

Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills when reviewing business requirements, data, and system outputs.

Experience of developing software using at least one modern programming language (python, java, .NET)

Knowledge of Linux platform and comfortable using command line tools,

Learn new business applications and technology platforms quickly and apply that knowledge to project tasks.

Communicate clearly in written and verbal interactions with team members and clients.

Preferred Technical And Professional Experience

Be comfortable working with teams across multiple geographies and timezones

Experience of end to end delivery of software solutions from design to post production

Knowledge of Relational databases and SQL based data manipulation

Be involved in a direct client-facing role

Ability to leverage AI tools to speed up manual tasks

Approach assignments with ownership, curiosity to learn, and accountability
