Campus Principal

Position Summary:
The Campus Principal will lead and manage the overall operations and administration of the campus. This includes overseeing the development and implementation of educational programs, managing staff, ensuring a safe and productive learning environment, and fostering strong relationships with students, parents, and the community.

Responsibilities:

- Provide visionary leadership and strategic direction for the campus.
- Oversee the implementation of educational policies, programs, curriculum activities, and student learning experiences.
- Manage campus budgets, resources, and facilities effectively and efficiently.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and collaborative school culture that promotes student achievement and staff productivity.
- Recruit, hire, develop, and evaluate staff to ensure high-quality instruction and support.
- Ensure compliance with district policies, state regulations, and educational standards.
- Lead initiatives to improve student enrollment, retention, and academic success.
- Collaborate with teachers and administrative staff to set goals and assess educational needs.
- Serve as a key representative and spokesperson for the campus in interactions with stakeholders, including parents, community groups, and educational authorities.
- Coordinate extracurricular and student affairs activities.
- Develop and implement emergency procedures and ensure the safety and welfare of all students and staff.

Requirements:

- 6–10 years of experience in educational administration or a similar leadership role.
- Proven track record of improving educational outcomes and leading successful school initiatives.
- Strong understanding of educational policies, laws, and regulations.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.

Qualifications:

- Master's degree in Educational Leadership, Administration, or a related field.
- Principal certification or equivalent administrative credentials.
- Experience in managing a diverse and dynamic team.
- Demonstrated commitment to equity and inclusive education practices.
- Proficiency in data-driven decision-making and technology utilization within the educational setting.

Working Conditions:

- Full-time position, based on-site.
- Regular interaction with students, staff, and community members.
- May require attendance at evening events or meetings.
