Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and safety-focused Airbus A320 Captain to operate scheduled and charter flights while ensuring the highest standards of safety, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance. The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional leadership, sound decision-making, and strong crew resource management (CRM) skills while delivering a safe and comfortable experience for passengers.

Key Responsibilities

• Command and operate Airbus A320 family aircraft in accordance with company SOPs, aircraft limitations, and applicable aviation regulations.
• Ensure the safety of passengers, crew, aircraft, and cargo throughout all phases of flight.
• Exercise final authority regarding the operation and safety of the aircraft.
• Conduct comprehensive pre-flight planning, including weather analysis, NOTAM review, fuel planning, and performance calculations.
• Lead and manage the flight crew using effective Crew Resource Management (CRM) principles.
• Coordinate with Air Traffic Control, Operations Control Center, ground handling personnel, and maintenance teams.
• Make timely operational decisions regarding route changes, diversions, delays, and emergency situations.
• Ensure all flight documentation is completed accurately and submitted in accordance with company procedures.
• Report technical defects, safety concerns, and operational irregularities.
• Maintain proficiency through recurrent training, simulator sessions, and line checks.
• Promote a positive safety culture and compliance with the airline's Safety Management System (SMS).
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Valid ICAO ATPL (Airline Transport Pilot Licence)
• Current Airbus A320 Type Rating
• Valid Class 1 Medical Certificate
• Current Instrument Rating
• English Language Proficiency Level 4 or higher (ICAO)
• Valid passport with unrestricted travel eligibility
• No history of aviation regulatory violations or license suspension
  
  

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 3,500 total flight hours
• Minimum 1,500 Pilot-in-Command (PIC) hours
• Minimum 500 PIC hours on Airbus A320 Family
• Recent flying experience on A320 Family preferred
• Experience in commercial airline operations
