This role does not involve managing a team but requires a high level of responsibility to ensure financial accuracy and smooth operation at the point of sale. The Cashier is responsible for handling monetary transactions efficiently and accurately while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor. The role focuses on processing customer purchases, reconciling cash drawers, and ensuring all transactions comply with company policies. Attention to detail and reliable performance are crucial to safeguarding company assets and enhancing the customer experience at Bannu Woollen Mills.Responsibilities

• Process all customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash, credit, and debit payments.
• Handle and count cash drawers at the beginning and end of shifts to ensure correct amounts.
• Maintain clear and accurate records of all financial transactions and report discrepancies promptly.
• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers warmly and addressing their questions or concerns professionally.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures for all transaction processing activities.
• Balance cash registers by counting cash receipts, verifying totals, and managing change.
• Identify and report any suspicious financial activity or discrepancies following company protocols.
• Assist with inventory management and restocking items near the checkout area as needed.
• Keep the checkout area clean, organized, and ready for customer interactions.
• Collaborate with other store associates to support overall store operations and customer satisfaction.
