We are seeking an experienced Channel Manager to drive partner engagement, sales growth, and vendor alignment across the Pakistan region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT distribution, with hands-on experience in both sales and product management within the same industry.
Main Duties And Responsibilities
- Develop and manage relationships with channel partners, resellers, and system integrators across Pakistan
- Drive revenue growth by executing sales strategies and achieving assigned targets
- Work closely with vendors to align product positioning, pricing, and go-to-market strategies
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the partner ecosystem
- Support partners with product knowledge, solution positioning, and deal closures
- Manage forecasting, pipeline tracking, and reporting to management
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, product, logistics, finance) to ensure smooth order execution
- Existing relationships with key partners in Pakistan market
- Experience with leading OEMs in the IT infrastructure space
Bachelor’s degree in Sales and Marketing or any other related field.
Experience
- 5–8 years of experience in IT distribution, channel sales, or product management
- Strong understanding of enterprise IT solutions (servers, storage, networking, or security)
- Proven track record in partner management and revenue achievement
- Experience working with vendors and managing product portfolios
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and drive business in a competitive market
