Our client Mohatta Engineering is looking for a Chemical Engineer - Water Treatment & Quality Control in Islamabad

Mohatta Engineering is seeking a dedicated Chemical Engineer with a minimum of 3 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong educational background with a DAE in Chemical Engineering or a Bachelor in Chemistry. This role involves hands-on involvement in quality control and the application of statistical process control to ensure high standards in water treatment of Cooling water system. The successful candidate will focus on optimizing water treatment procedures and analyzing data to maintain compliance with safety and environmental regulations. Although this position does not require managing a team, it demands a collaborative approach within a multidisciplinary environment to improve process efficiency and product quality. The candidate will work closely with technical staff and management to troubleshoot process issues and recommend effective solutions that contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor quality control procedures to ensure adherence to company and regulatory standards.
• Conduct water treatment analysis and develop effective treatment solutions tailored to production needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot process-related challenges and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare technical reports and documentation related to process improvements and quality control measures.
• Maintain compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations within all chemical engineering activities.
• Participate in research and development projects to introduce innovative chemical processing methods.
• Assist in the procurement and evaluation of chemical raw materials and resources to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
• Support training initiatives by sharing technical knowledge and best practices within the engineering department.
