The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Paklite Electrical Industries plays a pivotal role in steering the organization's financial strategy, management, and operations. This senior leadership position requires a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of financial planning and analysis, strategic financial management, and budgeting to drive the company's financial health and sustainable growth. The CFO oversees all financial functions, including internal auditing, risk assessment, and process optimization, ensuring that financial activities comply with regulatory standards and internal policies. This role is integral in collaborating with other executives to align financial strategies with the broader business goals of Paklite Electrical Industries, a prominent entity in the manufacturing sector.

The CFO leads a diverse team of 20 finance and accounting professionals, inspiring teamwork and collaboration while fostering an environment of continuous improvement. Candidates must have a CA or ACCA qualification and bring 7 to 10 years of relevant experience, ideally gained in a manufacturing organization. They should demonstrate outstanding analytical thinking skills, possess a strong command of business process management, and exhibit exemplary interpersonal and communication capabilities. The successful candidate will continuously assess and enhance financial operations, supporting Paklite Electrical Industries in achieving operational excellence and driving business process optimization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement financial strategies that support the companys long-term growth and profitability objectives.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities to ensure effective allocation of resources across the organization.
• Oversee internal auditing processes and conduct regular risk assessments to safeguard company assets and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Direct financial reporting, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to applicable financial regulations and standards.
• Manage and motivate a team of 20 finance and accounting professionals by fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
• Analyze financial data and business trends to provide actionable insights and recommendations to the executive leadership for strategic decision-making.
• Streamline and optimize financial and business processes to improve operational efficiency using business process management techniques.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate financial considerations into company-wide initiatives and projects.
• Maintain strong relationships with external auditors, financial institutions, and regulatory agencies to facilitate smooth financial operations.
• Drive continuous process improvements in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting to enhance accuracy and reduce cycle time.
• Ensure compliance with tax laws, accounting standards, and internal financial policies by establishing rigorous controls.
• Support mergers, acquisitions, and investment initiatives by conducting thorough financial due diligence and risk analysis.
• Lead development and enhancement of financial systems and tools to support data-driven decision-making and improve reporting capabilities.
