Klic Studio | Marketing & Creative Agency Location: Bankers Town, Block B, Lahore (On-site) | Type: Full-Time | Salary: PKR 60,000 – 80,000/month
About the Role
Klic Studio is looking for a Client Communication Executive to manage client communication, onboard new clients, and maintain client documentation — while working closely with our creative and marketing teams.
What You'll Do
  • Onboard new clients: gather brand info, requirements, and expectations to kick off projects smoothly
  • Prepare and maintain client documentation (briefs, brand guidelines, project files, contracts/agreements)
  • Turn client requests into clear briefs for the creative and marketing teams
  • Prepare proposals and status reports
  • Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Canva AI, etc.) to speed up drafting and content work

What We're Looking For
  • Good understanding of marketing basics (social media, ads, brand positioning)
  • Fluent written and spoken English
  • Strong creative sense — can judge if content is on-brand and on-brief
  • Comfortable using AI tools daily
  • Organized, proactive, and confident dealing with clients
  • Agency or client-servicing experience is a plus
