Our client PostEx is hiring a Client Onboarding Executive in Lahore.
The ideal candidate will have a Computer Science background, experience in a SaaS or technology company, and strong communication skills. The role involves working closely with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, issue resolution, and overall customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Manage customer onboarding and product adoption activities.
Act as the primary point of contact for customer queries and escalations.
Coordinate with Product, Engineering, and Support teams to resolve customer issues.
Conduct product demonstrations and user training sessions.
Monitor customer health and identify opportunities for retention and growth.
Maintain accurate records and documentation in CRM and internal systems.
Build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a SaaS or technology company.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools is a plus.
