Client Service Executive (Two Years Minimum Experience)

Our U.S.-based client, a leading company in its niche, is looking for a confident, professional, and customer-focused Client Management Executive to join its Lahore team.

The position is based near American School, Upper Mall, Lahore and offers an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working directly with clients, resolving their concerns, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience.

About the Role
This is not a conventional call-center position. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client queries, understanding their requirements, resolving issues, and coordinating with relevant departments to ensure timely and effective solutions.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, professional English, strong interpersonal abilities, and the confidence to deal with clients in a mature and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain strong relaationships with existing clients.
• Handle day-to-day client inquiries, requests, and issue a resolution in a timely manner
• Understand client needs and coordinate with internal teams to ensure effective solutions
• Ensure client satisfaction and facilitate smooth communication across departments
• Monitor account activities and provide regular updates and reports
• Identify opportunities for account growth and upselling additional services
  
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in client management, account management or related role (Fintech experience is a plus).
• Bachelor degree preferaably in Business/Finance or related field
• Excellent English communications skills
• Great interpersonal and problem solving skills
• Storng Organization skills and attention to detail
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM Tools
• Customer-Centric with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
• Willingness to work from 6 PM to 3 AM
  
  
  

Compensation & Benefits

• Gross Salary: PKR 90,000 – 120,000[ul data=1]
