Cloud Engineer - Digital Solutions

Cloud Engineer - Full-time | Remote | US business-hours overlap

Digineox is seeking a Cloud Engineer to keep our Digital Solutions and managed services environments reliable, secure and cost-effective. You will solve technical problems, automate repeatable work and improve how we deploy and operate. Weekly hours and support coverage will be agreed during recruitment.

What you will do

• Maintain cloud environments, application deployments, monitoring and backups.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure, connectivity, access and deployment issues.
• Improve CI/CD pipelines and automate repeatable operational tasks.
• Manage configuration, access controls and cloud resource usage and cost.
• Support Coupa managed services environments and integrations.
• Plan changes, coordinate dependencies and document procedures.

What you bring

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience administering production cloud environments.
• Experience with deployment pipelines, scripting, monitoring and infrastructure automation.
• Working knowledge of networking, identity and access management and cloud security.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to connect technical issues to business impact.
• Dependable availability within an agreed part-time schedule.

Nice to have

• Experience with SaaS applications, APIs and enterprise integrations, including Coupa.
• Cloud certification (for example AWS, Azure or Google Cloud).
• Cloud cost optimization experience.
