Commercial Associate

Location: DHA Phase 6, Lahore (Onsite)

Working Hours: 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Saturday

About The Role

The Commercial Associate manages customer orders, coordinates with internal teams (factory, logistics and accounts) and makes sure sales and dispatch operations run smoothly. The role needs strong communication, external stakeholder management and the ability to handle customer queries efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Order Management and Communication

• Receive sales orders from parties and directors and record them accurately.
• Coordinate regularly with customers to address queries and confirm orders.
• Ensure timely communication between factory, logistics and accounts teams.
  
  
  

Sales Order Processing

• Prepare Sales Orders (SOs) in coordination with parties and directors.
• Update and revise SOs in case of dispatch discrepancies or customer requests.
• Ensure all sales documentation is complete and accurate.
  
  
  

Dispatch Coordination

• Work closely with the dispatch supervisor to ensure correct loading and dispatch of goods.
• Resolve any issues identified during loading, including immediate SO adjustments where needed.
  
  
  

Customer Relationship and External Stakeholder Management

• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with customers, transporters, vendors and other external stakeholders.
• Keep all external parties updated on order status, delivery timelines and any operational changes.
• Handle escalations professionally and ensure resolutions that protect company interests.
• Coordinate feedback from external parties to improve service quality and operational efficiency.
  
  
  

Documentation and Reporting

• Coordinate with the Accounts Officer for accurate invoice preparation.
• Maintain records of orders, customer interactions and dispatch confirmations.
• Prepare daily and weekly reports on sales, dispatch status and pending orders.
  
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing or a related field.
• 1 to 3 years in a commercial, sales operations or customer management role (manufacturing or FMCG preferred).
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Excellent external stakeholder management and customer service orientation.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Strong follow-up and problem-solving abilities.

• Experience with ERP or sales order management systems.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced operational environment.
