Construction Manager Indoors ( Office based )

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion within the office setting.
- Review project documents (contracts, specifications, plans, drawings) to ensure compliance with regulations and project guidelines.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other construction specialists, ensuring project alignment.
- Monitor and manage project schedules and deliverables, ensuring timely completion.
- Estimate costs and prepare budgets, manage expenses, and ensure cost-effective strategies are implemented.
- Coordinate and oversee regulatory inspections and obtain necessary permits and licenses.
- Conduct regular project meetings with stakeholders to update on project status and address any project issues or changes.
- Implement and maintain safety standards in compliance with regulations to ensure worker safety.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in construction management, specifically in an indoor or office-based role.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration within a team.
- Proficient in project management software tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
- A minimum of 6–10 years of experience in construction management or related field.
- Professional certification in construction management (PMP, CCM, or equivalent) is preferred.
- Strong understanding of construction principles and project management practices.
- Skilled in financial management including budgeting and cost control.
- Ability to interpret construction drawings, plans, and schedules accurately.
