Our client Sultan Concrete is looking for a Construction Sales Manager - Building Materials in Lahore

Sultan Concrete, a well-established manufacturer specializing in pavers, cladding tiles, and precast construction materials, is looking to hire an experienced Sales Manager. This role demands a deep understanding of the construction and building materials market, with a focus on sales and marketing in related product segments. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing effective sales strategies, achieving sales targets, and expanding the company's customer base. Although this position does not manage a team, it requires strong interpersonal skills to build and sustain lasting relationships with dealers, contractors, builders, and consultants.

The Sales Manager will play a critical role in strengthening Sultan Concretes business operations by identifying new business opportunities and key customers. The role also involves keeping a close watch on market trends and competitor activities to ensure the company remains competitive and continues to grow its market share. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales plans to increase market share in the construction materials sector.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, targeting key customers including dealers, contractors, builders, and consultants.

  • Meet or exceed sales and revenue targets set by the company.

  • Collaborate with marketing teams to align promotional activities with sales objectives.
  • Provide detailed sales forecasts and regular reports on sales performance to senior management.
  • Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to uphold the companys reputation.
  • Continuously update knowledge of products, industry developments, and technological advances to provide expert sales guidance.
