- Conduct thorough market research and analyze industry trends to identify new marketing and business development opportunities.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Trade, and Sales teams to monitor, assess, and enhance strategic marketing initiatives and campaigns.
- Plan and execute field visits to gather specific consumer insights, anticipate market needs, and collect competitive market information.
- Analyze and summarize data from various sources to generate comprehensive market reports that support decision-making processes.
- Recommend strategic improvements for product quality and customer service based on market feedback and research findings.
- Identify system improvements and implement changes to optimize marketing and product development processes.
- Prepare and deliver regular reports including daily, weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc performance metrics as required by the Head of Department.
- Drive innovation by identifying growth opportunities and supporting product development with data-driven insights.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry developments, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to provide strategic input.
- Perform any additional market research-related tasks delegated by the Head of Department with professionalism and accuracy.
