Content Creator Intern

Overview:

Learning Hub is a leading innovative eLearning company, specializing in L&D solution for organizational skill development.

We are seeking a highly motivated Content Intern to assist in developing high-impact online courses. This role offers an immersive experience in instructional design and digital media, with a performance-based opportunity to transition into a full-time position after a three-month evaluation period.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with subject matter experts to draft and edit educational scripts and storyboards.
• Create engaging multimedia assets including interactive slides, quizzes, and gamified learning modules.
• Assist in the production and post-production of high-quality video content for digital delivery. Ensure all content aligns with brand standards and pedagogical best practices.
• Audit and update existing course materials based on user feedback and technological advancements.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Proficiency in digital content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or Articulate Storyline).
• Experience in video editing tools (e.g. CapCut, Adobe After Effects, etc)
• Strong creative thinking and storytelling abilities applied to complex topics.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Genuine passion for education technology and digital learning trends.

Experience:

Candidates should be a graduated with a degree in Communications, Marketing, Education, or a related field. Prior experience in blogging, social media management, or academic content development is preferred but not required. Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and basic video editing is a significant plus.
