Job Overview

The Social Media Content Executive will be responsible for developing and executing creative, engaging social media strategies in alignment with client goals. The role involves content creation, monitoring performance metrics, and providing data-driven insights for optimization. The executive will collaborate with cross-functional teams and foster meaningful online community engagement while staying updated on industry trends and competitor analysis. Additionally, the position requires managing potential social media crises and maintaining brand reputation.

Job Description

  • Assist in developing and implementing social media strategies aligned with client objectives.
  • Create engaging and relevant content strategy for social media platforms as per strength of each platform and requirements of the client.
  • Monitor social media channels to track performance metrics, including reach, engagement, and conversions.
  • Analyze social media data to provide analysis, insights and recommendations for campaign optimization.
  • Create social media competitive analysis for different clients for research and insight purposes and base content strategies on the findings.
  • Assist in identifying and segmenting target audiences to tailor content and messaging.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Foster meaningful interactions with online community of client(s) and build strong relationships with followers.
  • Share insights and recommendations with the team to enhance our social media efforts.
  • Work closely with the client servicing, design, and content teams to align social media campaigns with overall business objectives.
  • Coordinate and collaborate on content creation, campaign planning, and promotional activities.
  • Monitor social media channels for any potential issues or crisis.
  • Develop and execute crisis management strategies to address and mitigate negative sentiment or brand reputation issues.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in social media content creation or management.
  • Proficiency with social media platforms and analytics tools (e.g., Facebook Insights, Google Analytics).
  • Strong writing and communication skills for creating engaging content.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Experience in community management and audience engagement.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle crisis situations effectively.
