• Salary: PKR 30,000 – 50,000/month
• Performance Bonus: Based on qualified responses

Zealancy is a fast-growing content production agency based in Karachi, helping international brands and creators produce world-class video content.

We're expanding our Growth Team and need a Proposal Writer who can help us connect with high-quality clients across global freelance platforms.

• Write personalized proposals and cover letters that convert.
• Research clients and tailor every pitch to their needs.
• Create compelling case studies and sales-focused content.
• Submit proposals on freelance/job platforms daily.
• Track proposal performance and continuously improve results.
• Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) and automation to increase productivity.
• Communicate quickly and maintain a high execution speed.

• 1–3 years of experience writing proposals, bids, cover letters, or outreach copy.
• Excellent written English with strong persuasive writing skills.
• Experience using freelance platforms like Upwork or similar marketplaces.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude.
• Strong research skills and attention to detail.
• Self-driven, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Reliable remote work setup.

• Experience with creative, marketing, or video production agencies.
• Understanding of the creator economy and digital content industry.
• Experience with workflow automation tools.
