Job Overview/Summary

• Prepare daily meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks) for staff and guests as required.
• Ensure food is cooked in a timely and efficient manner.
• Accommodate dietary requirements, restrictions, or preferences (e.g., vegetarian, medical diets).
• Plan menus in coordination with the Supply Chain team.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and food storage areas.
• Ensure proper food handling, storage, and preservation practices.
• Regularly clean kitchen equipment, utensils, and working surfaces.
• Monitor stock levels of food items and kitchen supplies.
• Ensure proper storage to minimize wastage and spoilage.
• Maintain records of food consumption and stock usage.
• Ensure the kitchen environment is organized and safe.
• Maintain and report on the condition of kitchen equipment.
  
  

Support in setting up meals during meetings, workshops, or special events.
