Our client Hightech Solutions is hiring a Coordination Executive in Lahore.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless execution of projects and tasks.
- Maintain and update project schedules, timelines, and status reports.
- Act as a liaison between management and staff to facilitate smooth communication and effective operations.
- Prepare and report on work progress to upper management.
- Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements.
- Develop and maintain extensive filing systems for project documentation and records.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports.
- Handle and resolve administrative problems and inquiries.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar coordination or administrative role (3-5 years preferred).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and other relevant software/tools.
- Demonstrated ability to adhere to deadlines in a dynamic work environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work.
Work Environment:
- Must be available to work full-time on-site.
- Professional and fast-paced office setting.
