Our client PostEx is hiring a Corporate Recruiter in Lahore.

Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Corporate Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for corporate, managerial, and specialized roles while supporting business growth through effective talent sourcing and hiring strategies. The role requires strong stakeholder management, sourcing capabilities, market knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple vacancies in a fast-paced logistics environment.
Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant recruitment/talent acquisition experience, preferably within logistics, e-commerce, FMCG, or other fast-paced industries.
• Strong experience in corporate and professional hiring.
• Hands-on expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, Boolean sourcing, and direct candidate engagement.
• Strong interviewing, candidate assessment, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and competing priorities simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good understanding of recruitment metrics, market salary trends, and talent availability.
• Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets and recruitment tracking systems.
  
  

Preferred Skills

• Experience in logistics, courier, e-commerce, or delivery operations hiring.
• Experience handling volume hiring as well as mid-to-senior-level recruitment.
• Strong talent mapping and passive candidate sourcing capabilities.
• Experience working with senior management and business leaders.
• Familiarity with ATS/HRIS platforms and recruitment analytics.
