Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, target, and convert new enterprise customers across banks, fintechs, government institutions, and large corporates within Gujarat
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of opportunities through regular client engagement and market outreach
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations at customer locations
  • Drive sales of solutions including payment cards, NFC/QR products, biometric card solutions, instant issuance systems, secure ID solutions, and logistics fulfilment services
  • Lead the end-to-end sales cycle — from prospecting to closure
  • Prepare commercial proposals, pricing, and lead contract negotiations
  • Maintain CRM with accurate updates on opportunities and forecasts
  • Travel extensively within Gujarat to develop and strengthen customer relationships
  • Represent the company at industry events, networking forums, and client engagements

Collaborate with internal teams (operations, product, delivery) to ensure seamless execution and customer satisfaction.

Must Have

  • B2B sales experience is a MUST
  • Experience in selling to Banks, Cooperative societies(any products or services). It can be stationary or Printers also.
  • B2B sales experience in FMCG to corporates or Hospitals, Pharma companies.
  • Proven track record in technology, payment systems, secure products, or manufacturing solutions sales
  • Strong network and understanding of enterprise customers within Gujarat
  • Experience in managing client relationships through direct, in-person engagement
  • Excellent consultative selling, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Strong communication skills in English and Gujarati.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned territory
