Location: Lahore, Gulberg (Onsite Gulberg at Blue Mall)

Timing: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Monday – Saturday)

Employment Type: Full-time, Onsite

Salary Range: PKR 100,000 – PKR 120,000 / month

Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days (Priority hiring)

We are seeking a visionary Creative Lead / Creative Content Creator who possesses an elite design aesthetic, a deep understanding of audience psychology, and the ability to turn abstract ideas into high-converting, premium campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Strategy & Ideation

• Content Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive monthly content strategies and calendars for our diverse portfolio of brands.
• Campaign Conceptualization: Generate highly engaging concepts for social media posts, vertical video content (Instagram Reels, TikToks), and overarching digital campaigns.
• Brand Positioning: Ensure all external communications maintain a highly premium, cohesive, and sophisticated brand voice.
  
  
  

Execution & Collaboration

• Brief Development: Write crystal-clear, structured creative briefs for graphic designers and video editors to guide production seamlessly.
• Team Alignment: Collaborate closely with the marketing and performance teams to align creative outputs with data-driven results.
• Trend Adaptation: Stay ahead of fast-moving digital trends, cultural moments, and platform algorithms to pivot strategy in real-time.
  
  
  

Candidate Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree from a reputable university (BFA, Marketing, Communications, or related fields). A strong academic track record (CGPA) is highly preferred.
• Experience: 2–3 years of minimum experience working with well-known companies or agency environments. Experience with Real Estate, Construction, or Luxury/Lifestyle brands is a massive plus.
• Languages: Complete fluency in both English and Urdu with exceptional communication skills.
