Creative Executive

We are looking for a digitally native creative professional to join the Creative Team at Ideas Private Limited. You will own the end-to-end visual execution of our online campaigns from seasonal launches to always-on performance ads and be expected to leverage the latest AI-assisted design tools to deliver high-output, on-brand creatives across our digital platforms. This is a hands-on role that requires both strong artistic sensibility and a deep comfort with emerging creative technologies.

• Design and execute digital creatives for ads, social media, email campaigns, website banners, and e-commerce assets
• Use AI tools (Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Runway ML, Canva AI, DALL·E / GPT-4o Vision, etc.) to enhance ideation and production speed
• Translate seasonal marketing briefs into strong, visually engaging concepts aligned with fashion and retail campaigns
• Ensure consistent brand identity across all digital platforms including Meta, Google Display, TikTok, WhatsApp, and Shopify
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting fast-paced campaign deadlines
• Continuously refine creatives based on performance insights (CTR, engagement, ROAS) and marketing feedback
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in digital design, creative agencies, or in-house brand teams
• Strong portfolio showcasing digital campaign work across multiple formats (ads, banners, social, email, landing pages)
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, and Canva Pro (After Effects basics preferred)
• Hands-on experience with AI design tools such as Midjourney, Firefly, Runway ML, or similar platforms
• Strong visual storytelling skills with a fashion-oriented aesthetic and familiarity with digital marketing performance metrics
