You'll create engaging visuals, manage our digital presence, assist leadership with coordination and research, and help drive sales and marketing efforts.

You'll create engaging visuals, manage our digital presence, assist leadership with coordination and research, and help drive sales and marketing efforts.
Responsibilities
- Design high-quality content for social media, marketing campaigns, and presentations
- Manage posting schedules, engagement, and analytics across LinkedIn, Instagram, and other platforms
- Use design and AI tools to create visually consistent, impactful content
- Assist leadership with scheduling, reports, and operational coordination
- Conduct market and lead research to support business development
- Communicate confidently and professionally with international and U.S.-based clients, representing the brand in a polished, client-facing capacity
- Strong design skills with proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, and InDesign
- Understanding of branding, layout, and visual storytelling principles
- Familiarity with social media design best practices and engagement strategies
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) and confidence in client interactions
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple creative projects remotely
- Bonus: experience with CRMs, AI design tools (e.g., Midjourney, ChatGPT, Runway), or video editing software (Filmora, Premiere Pro, Final Cut)
