Responsibilities
- Design high-quality content for social media, marketing campaigns, and presentations
- Manage posting schedules, engagement, and analytics across LinkedIn, Instagram, and other platforms
- Use design and AI tools to create visually consistent, impactful content
- Assist leadership with scheduling, reports, and operational coordination
- Conduct market and lead research to support business development
- Communicate confidently and professionally with international and U.S.-based clients, representing the brand in a polished, client-facing capacity
- Strong design skills with proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, and InDesign
- Understanding of branding, layout, and visual storytelling principles
- Familiarity with social media design best practices and engagement strategies
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) and confidence in client interactions
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple creative projects remotely
- Bonus: experience with CRMs, AI design tools (e.g., Midjourney, ChatGPT, Runway), or video editing software (Filmora, Premiere Pro, Final Cut)
